The Coding School specializes in making emerging fields like quantum computing, AI, and cyber security accessible. We’re dedicated to increasing diversity in the field of computer science by ensuring we reach underrepresented students who are disadvantaged in traditional education environments including girls, minorities, students with learning disabilities, low SES students and students from rural communities. In addition to a number of other programs, like workshops and camps, TCS offers large-scale virtual courses with live instruction for K-12 credit, reaching up to 7.5K students in a given course. By 2022, TCS trained 40K+ students from 125 countries; had partnerships with universities and corporations like Stanford/Caltech/Johns Hopkins and Amazon/Google/IBM etc. TCS was also recently asked to join the White House's K-12 quantum education partnership, Q12.

Character Lab aims to bridge the science of character with the daily work of teaching. We develop, disseminate, and support research-based approaches to character that enable kids to better learn and flourish. Founded in 2013 by Angela Duckworth, a MacArthur Fellow and faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania, Dave Levin, a co-founder of KIPP Public Charter Schools, and Dominic Randolph, Headmaster of Riverdale Country School, Character Lab has partnered with top researchers and educators to test ideas in schools.Funders include Bezos Family Foundation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, John Templeton Foundation, Kern Family Foundation, New Schools Venture Fund, and more.
