- Spearhead the development and integration of in-house solution(s) and Cargowise ONE (CW1) of the ONE TMS Project- Define and implement solutions development/integration strategies for global implementations relating to the project- Manage and ensure that overall project deliverables are meeting respective timeline and budget- Ensures key stakeholder alignment and propose solutions priorities and optimizations - Undertake preventive & corrective actions to ensure that solution is delivered in a proper manner- Provide leadership, manage and inspire solution teams involving Architects, System Integrators, System Analysts and Developers - Ensure respect of expected quality of deliverables within the team

- Create, manages and overseas the management of the key Development Center based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam- Overseas hiring and creation of teams in center growing to 50 staffs in 10 months- Set and implement HR and Administrative policies relating to Center setup- Provide technical guidance, career development and mentoring of key team managers- Ensure close collaboration and implements work processes between Paris,France Headquarters and Vietnam to ensure alignment with the strategy of the Group- Manage financial efficiency of the Development Center- Manage and develop relations with external partners and internal customers- Development of short term and long term IT strategy plans with Paris Headquarters - Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the Development Center

- Manages and directs a team of 8 software developers.- Manage and deployed in-house Transport Management System (TMS) across Asia Pacific Region- Lead and manage EDI developments for Logistics clients across Asia Pacific Region- Collaborate closely with Paris,France Headquarters to align software development practices and protocols- Work closely with Regional Management and local management to draw up application project needs so as to drive productive gain initiatives in operations through IT implementations- Work closely with business owners to define and gather requirements for application enhancement and developments- Designs, develop and modify software applications, including prototypes.- Researches application development options and provides analysis for development direction.- Consults with internal departments to identify customer needs and include into project objectives.- Provides support regarding software development to internal departments.- Work closely with external clients to support and deliver application developments relating to client needs- Evaluates employee performance, sets expectations and goals for department and individual staff members, recruits, disciplines and trains staff.- Ensure team have appropriate specification, direction and resources to deliver projects effectively- Exercises independent judgment and discretion in overall project management by prioritizing, planning and tracking project progress.- Establish schedules to ensure timely project completion- Possess more than 10 years of extensive travels and experience across Asia Pacific Region
