I am first generation, son of Mexican immigrants with a deep commitment to fostering student success through career development, mentorship, and identity centered support. As the Assistant Director for Belonging, Access & Career Equity at Stanford Career Education, I lead initiatives that support system-impacted and diverse student populations, driving programs and workshops that empower students to navigate the intersection of identity and career development and ensure equitable access to resources, connections, and opportunities.
