My duties including reviewing documentation for accurate medical necessity coding for a Federally Qualified Healthcare Community. I am responsible for posting insurance and patient payments. I review claims for accuracy of insurance and verification of insurance to ensure accuracy. I am also responsible for overseeing the credentialing of providers of various specialties with various insurance plans. I am responsible for performing credentialing and provider enrollment to insurance plans based on NCQA/HRSA guidelines and maintaining credentialing profiles using ProViewCAQH.

My responsibilities include mailing claims to insurance companies using the CMS-1500. I also, follow up with insurance companies to ensure payments, initiate recoupments of over payments. I also follow up with patients via statements and follow up letters to ensure patient payments. I also apply patient credits to accounts where patients have made over payments.

My responsibilities include but are not limited to creating and executing contracts and contract negotiation. Scheduling meetings, conferences and studio sessions. I am also responsible for assisting with booking talent for entertainment events, creating itineraries and communicating with personal assistants and administrators for talents and artists. I serve as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer. I have one administrative assistant that I manage at this time.
