Often referred to as "the most organized person you know", I am frequently recognized for strong leadership and exceeding expectations. I love to streamline processes with collaboration, efficiency, and proven results: my rebrand of the UofA's MatCH program and its website led to a 50% increase in unique visitors over the year prior, with a 400% increase in admissions. I take pride in a well-executed project completed on time, and have found through various job experience (including Starbucks!) that excellent customer service skills are essential in any working environment.I work hard to normalize conversations around mental health and accessing resources. For me, it comes down to three things: Educate. Demonstrate. Advocate. Educate yourself (and others), demonstrate what you've learned, and advocate for those with fewer privileges. I grew up in a safety-centric household, and have obtained my Occupational Health and Safety Certificate (focusing on Psychological Health and Safety), from the UofA's Faculty of Extension.
