*Key Responsibilities*:*Invoice Verification and Account Creation*:Check invoices against the proper documents provided by parties and accurately record them in the accounts system.*Accounts Preparation*:Prepare financial statements including Profit and Loss (PL) accounts, Balance Sheets, and Bank & Cash flow statements.*Tax and VAT Returns*:Accurately prepare and submit Tax and VAT returns in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.*Monthly Financial Closing*:Close all accounting entries monthly in the accounting software to prepare the Monthly Financial Statement.*Management-Assigned Tasks*:Perform any additional accounts-related tasks assigned by management, ensuring timely and accurate completion.*Payment Processing*:Create vouchers and issue cheques for party payments and internal payments, maintaining proper records in Accounting Software.*Cash Management Reporting*:Prepare detailed Cash Management reports to ensure optimal cash flow and resource allocation.*Register Maintenance*:Maintain the Petty Cash Register, Advance Register, and Cheque Register, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.*Anti-Money Laundering Compliance*:Focus on and adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures, ensuring all transactions are compliant.*Reconciliation*:Cross-check bank statements with the accounts book and cash book to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial records.*Periodic Financial Reporting*:Prepare monthly, half-yearly, and yearly accounts reports, providing comprehensive insights into financial performance and health.
