CurrentRecruited to lead all strategy and operations for the UK Private Banking portfolio, holding accountability for long-term market positioning, revenue growth and profitability optimization, product/service optimization, risk management, global relationship management, regulatory compliance, and other elements of maintaining long-term business health. • Lead operations for a cross-functional, multi-tiered group including directly managing a leadership team accountable for each unit’s overall performance. • Establish strategies for managing relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, building a framework and strategic road map to drive growth among private banking clients. • Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to define risk appetite and champion proactive operational and conduct risk management, fostering robust quality processes across the Private Bank to ensure regulatory compliance.
