For more than 10 years I have been working on making kids smile through design. I started as a junior designer and worked my way up to Senior Design Manager today. Throughout the years I have always focused on how we can design with the kid's emotions in mind. How do we ensure that the products we do also make the kids engage and feel like it was intended? And in the end, create products that last a lifetime and create memories for the kid.
