As a Solution Architect executed several large-scale end-2-end PLM Implementation and PLM application maintenance and support projects for customers in different vertical like Hit-Tech, Automotive, Heavy Machinery, Medical Device, and EPC customers. As an Implementation Consultant, Involved in several large-scale development projects and Teamcenter application maintenance, migration and support projects for various clients and have worked closely with Siemens Architects and customer team. Primarily working on Teamcenter and Teamcenter Engineering Implementation at Siemens PLM customers that involve; installation and configuration; product development and manufacturing processes including Part and BOM management; engineering change management; CAD data, CAD Integration, CAD Data Migration; document and specification management; supplier collaboration; project and portfoliomanagement; systems engineering, requirements, translation server; quality systems. Broad and in-depth hands-on in various roles including technical implementation, design, commercial product development and project coordination. Developed several customized applications in TcUA/TcEng that interfaces with the Legacy system, homegrown sales/support application and CAD application using technologies involving C, C+, Python, XML, Java. Developed process and solution based on customer goals to migrate there CAD and data from Legacy application to Teamcenter Unified/ Teamcenter Engineering. Gathering customer requirements and understating customer’s product development & business process and performing the in-depth business analysis. Created business process models, use cases, functional design to fit the customer requirement in the product implementation and developed ROI.
