Marcus Sky Driver received his BS degree in physics and applied mathematics from the University of Idaho in 2006. He continued his studies at the University of Missouri – Kansas City; completing his PhD in physics with Prof. Anthony Caruso in December 2013. He is currently working with Prof. Jeff Kelber as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of North Texas in the Department of Chemistry, studying the surface/interface interactions of novel electronic and spintronic materials. His research interests include the direct epitaxial growth graphene and transition metal oxides by molecular beam epitaxy, the atomic layer deposition of h-BN and transition metal dichalcogenides, and the development of novel or emerging electronic materials, including boron carbide-based polymers for neutron and photo voltaic applications. He is experienced in a broad range of film characterization methods, including X-ray/ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy, ellipsometry, Auger electron spectroscopy, low energy electron diffraction and scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy.http://researchgate.net/profile/M_Driver
