This involves the discussions with the Customer to close on the BRD, solutioning and then start the product development.Some of the key areas accomplished so far are:- Working with the product team in conceptualising the design and working on various computation methods/standards (IPCC/DeFRA) with Emission factors across the globe. - Creation of Decarbonisation roadmap and Risk and Recommendations mandate.- Version 1 for a client already deployed and they have confirmed savings of 2 Mn+ while trying to consolidate the hotspots in transportation by clubbing and fleet conversion. On track for the Delivery of the first phase as per the plan in a short timeline of 3 months- setting up the team with a mix of FTE and also Contracting resources; onboarded 15+ team members in a short span of 3 months- Set up core processes on the overall product development journey setup and engineering guidelines- Architecture review and selection of the appropriate design to handle scalability and securityFilled in as an IT and systems infra leader (of a 5 person team and 2 partners) & Worked on the overall setup of the Bangalore Operations

Handling the critical POD of Track & Trace for the Riders and completion of Plans from Dispatch to delivery. My role as an Engineering leader included - Leading the Team (Backend, Front End, App, QA - 20+ people) and responsible for the delivery of features which led to 2M+ USD annually and launch in new markets across APAC and NA- Java based Backend Team React based Front End Team and Android/iOS team set up to deliver features- Conducting Engineering Review on the Architecture for scalability and resilience and periodic reviews with the Tech leads to ensure that the product is built as per the architecture guidelines- CI/CD Setup with a focus on continuous testing and monitoring- Continuous monitoring setup using AWS Cloudwatch and New Relic to target 100% Uptime of the product - achieved 99.99%- Ensuring the Code Processes are followed adequately (Code Review, CM’s, Release Checklists etc)- Quarter planning and ensuring the Delivery metrics through the quarter are in place- Handling the Cost Optimisation across my POD from AWS/Infra (resulting in a saving of around 120K Annually)- Work with the team to work on On-Call Support and create a framework to support stabilisation of the Environmentworked on real time Track and Trace with Hours of Service capability and Carbon emission reporting which was a key USP for the Product differentiation.- Developed the Android and iOS App (from scratch) on native platform.- Worked on Quick Commerce and Driver Manager Chat which helped to drive some quick customer wins.- Through this journey I lead the team of Talented Engineers across Backend, FrontEnd, SDET's who are one of the best in the industry.
