• Triage and identify harness and electronics issues and report back to responsible engineers.• Tear down, troubleshoot and build low and medium voltage harnesses.• Create rework instructions and modify procedure documentation for prototype harness and electronicsbuilds.• Rapid issue identification, diagnosis, and root-cause analysis across structures, harness controllers,sensors, actuators, and firmware.• Assemble/disassemble electronics modules on robots.• Work with engineers to fabricate, assemble, and integrate mobile robot prototypes, including electricalsystems, wire harnesses, clocksprings, mechanical assemblies, etc.• Collaborate with engineering teams to root cause and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.• Maintain a lab, ensuring that is well-stocked with the tools and materials needed to make prototype wireharnesses.• Interpretation of harness drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.• Harness assembly involves wire harness routing, modifying and repairing with the use of soldering iron station, wire crimpers, wire strippers, male or female pin terminal insertion and extraction tools, de/re-pinning connector techniques, and re/de-soldering methods.• Supporting bench-top electrical system builds and testing, including obtaining and tracking.• Create and manage Jira tickets to track testing.

• Diagnose problems quickly, find solutions through root-cause analysis, and empowered to take immediate action.• Perform rectification on electric powertrain, drivetrain, chassis, body, and other components on the Model 3 and Model Y through a comprehensive diagnosis and evaluation on Tesla electric vehicles.• Assist and interface with PMI, Quality Design, and Process Engineering teams to improve workinstructions, parts, jigs, tools and other related components.• Operate and maintain a wide variety of shop tools, power tools, and automotive electrical test equipment.• Maintain records of time and materials through Tesla’s Proprietary Software (proficient use of MOS/MES, Toolbox, and Production Garage).• Implemented knowledge of electrical circuitry and wiring diagrams to repair and troubleshoot electricalwiring.• Coach Production Associate and other cross-functional departments on implementation ofcountermeasures to improve final quality and EOL production process.• Operate computerized wheel alignment equipment and perform mechanical adjustment to the steeringand suspension.• Perform vehicle drive test on BSR track related to Noise, Vibrations, and Harshness.• Report assembly and manufacturing anomalies requiring repeated repair.• Provide documentation and support MRB team on damaged, defective, non-functional modules and components.• Order supplies and parts through internal shop/parts conveyance.

• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices SOP's.• Perform complex assembly work and multi-task in fast-paced environment.• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules and within standard (takt) times.• Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new product processes, or procedures.• Build and test products or subassemblies for functionality and quality.• Start up and shut down processing machine and equipment (Fascia bracket punch and ultrasonic weld machines).• Prepare and assemble vehicle injection-molded plastic parts such as fascia's, rockers, and skull caps.• Identify discrepant materials/components both in writing and verbally to supervisor.• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.• Provide advice or training to other associates.• Clean and maintain production work areas, machines, and equipment.• Adhere to all applicable regulations, procedures and policies for environmental, health, and safety compliance.• Safely operate and navigate forklift, tow tractors, cart tuggers, and burden carriers.
