MSL CONSULTANT FOUNDERHi, I'm Aoife (pronounced Efa) and I founded MSL Consultant in 2018. I knew academia wasn't for me when I was doing my PhD. I grew tired of failed experiments, long hours at the bench and my post doc colleagues complaining about not having any money (why do a PhD, if you don’t leverage it to secure high paying, secure employment?!).After successfully defending my PhD, I relocated from Dublin to Melbourne and got my first MSL job six weeks later. Having gained experience working as an MSL and Senior MSL for a number of years in different companies, I have developed a passion for demonstrating the value an MSL can bring to a brand. I recognise the opportunity when scientific expertise meets a strategic mindset and so I founded MSL Consultant in 2018 to share my experience and create the next generation of high performing MSLs.
