With over 15 years of experience in the field of learning design and development for adult learners and 20 years in the K–12 education field for bilingual and ESL learners, I am positioned to empower organizations to enable professionals to learn and rise to new heights in their career of choice by engaging in dynamic learning experiences that help them achieve desired outcomes for the organization. My expertise lies in needs analysis, course design, and development, as well as scenario and performance-based outcome-driven learning solutions that strategically leverage technology to engineer learning paths that focus on what learners need to be able to know and do.I bring experience in instructional and multilingual program leadership, adult learning principles, blended learning methodologies, VLT, ILT, LX, and the unique challenges faced by learning and development professionals.
