After moving to London I obtained a role as the sole onsite Helpdesk Analyst for the London office. Within just a few months I helped coordinate an office move for 30+ users. More recently I coordinated the migration of 600+ users from an onsite exchange server to the cloud. I was responsible for the following in the London office as well as providing telephone support to the rest of our remote office locations: • Configuration & troubleshooting of laptops and desktop equipment • Installation of authorised software to laptops and desktops• Patching of network ports, switches and phones• Configuration of video and audio conferencing facilities• Troubleshooting and support of smart mobile devices

Earlier this year I was thrilled to be appointed Money Editor for online magazine Bloggeration where I wrote a monthly column of my choice that showcases the best posts that the personal finance community has to offer. Unfortunately the website is no longer active due to the Editors other time commitments.
