A $100M global division of ITW Corporation (NYSE: ITW), Fortune 250 company. Loma Systems designs, manufactures and services capital inspection equipment for the Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries.Reporting to the VP/GM, lead and manage the vision, long-range plan, and operating plan for a $30M business unit of a $100M global manufacturer, focused on providing engineered capital equipment solutions to the Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical industrial segment. Responsibility encompasses every aspect of the P&L, including Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, Field Service, Human Resources, and Finance; consisting of 74 employees. • Lead, generate, and execute the Loma-NA business Long Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan. Identify and implement core business initiatives and target selling activities, resulting in an 6.2% year-over-year increase in equipment revenue.• Lead the customer-back innovation process to strategically align the organizational strategy toward realizing accelerated organic growth across core products and markets. Implemented the identified value-solutions across the core market, achieving 14.4% year-over-year increase in target equipment revenue .• Identified and deployed a Field Service model allocating direct and contract channels toward optimizing efficiencies and performance with our target markets. Achieved a 19.6% increase in Service PM Contracts & Equipment Startups with an 18% reduction in fixed overhead. • Evaluate and redeploy fixed and variable cost resources toward realizing an increase in Operating Income (OI) of 1.8% year-over-year. Originated a RASIC matrix exercise throughout the Loma-NA organization; resulting in a restructure project improvement to OI of 1.6% in 2017.
