Engaging tutor, ranging from pre-Algebra readiness through AP Caluculus in math, college test prep, and tutoring in Hebrew reading, Torah reading, and prayer services in Jewish Education. I founded and advised the math club. This entailed growing the math community at CSM across disciplines by encouraging the student leadership to plan activities. I also coached students to participate in math competitions, such as the COMAP Math Competition in Modeling (MCM), the AMATYC Student Math League and AMATYC Student Research League.

Planned monthly social and social action events for middle and high school students in order to teach Jewish values, facilitate conversations with like-minded youth, and develop positive associations with Judaism.

Taught groups of six to thirty elementary school students to read and write a foreign language. Supervised up to six teacher aides and three colleagues in implementing experiential programming and guided individual tutoring.

Elevated number sense in students grades 1-9. Built rapport with students to improve their motivation and confidence in their own math abilities.Professionally developed a keener focus on explaining the "how" a given concept works to facilitate deeper understandings of more advanced concepts.

Served as deputy supervisor in implementation of novel textbook rental program using MBS Systems. Wrote manual for various jobs for the course materials office, maintaining accuracy as MBS rapidly updated. Served as assistant to all full time staff in the offie and filled in as needed on a day to day basis.
