• Built the mentorship component of Street Work™, an entrepreneurship program within the Youth Action Project helping youth between 16 and 29 start a small business via a competitive grant process. Responsibilities.
• Direct ownership of the mentorship program, including definition of objectives, roles and responsibilities, deliverables, training
• Developed the mentor application process, including application form, selection criteria, matching guidelines, evaluation forms
• Liaisoned with participant organizations to support introduction of the program, and reviewed mentor application forms
• Developed and facilitated mentor training presentation
• Monitored schedule to ensure program was progressing in a timely manner and milestones were being met

• Developed toolkits for future Electronic Medical Records clients in areas including PMO, Transition, Epic Implementation, Change Enablement, and TCO. Coordinated, guided, mentored many people at multiple levels in.
• Directed proposal development for various response teams, providing technical expertise to set the direction and manage issues, architecture, technical integration and technical service levels. Supported a retail.
• Managed the interface team of over 12 resources for the National Health Integration Network trial implementation at five health care providers in three states for the US Federal Department of Health and Human Services.
• Lead 5 Ontario hospitals through the implementation of the Wait Times Information System, from planning to Go Live to stabilization across the following work streams - adoption, communications, connectivity.
• Developed functional designs, as part of the Solution Architecture group, used in the modernization of the National Health Service in England, interfacing across multiple teams to define use cases, data contents.

Lead the research and development of a vital signs monitor from bench scale to industrial prototype phases of design, orchestrating clinical testing with health care professionals at Canadian Forces Bases Trenton and Petawawa, and frequently demonstrating system concept to potential investors.
