With over 20 of experience in the technology field, including over 18 years with a $4 billion revenue generating homebuilder headquartered in Central Ohio, Michal has optimized business processes, solved problems and created a more efficient workplace through the use of technology.  Michal has successfully designed and implemented solutions while building and managing large and small teams in DevOps, ERP, CRM, CMS, Power BI, RPA, Cloud Apps, Integration and Merger and Acquisition projects all while continuing to develop and retain an incredible team.  Michal has groomed multiple managers to promotions within the company while retaining the integrity of the team.Prior to M/I Homes, Michal spent years consulting for over 450 clients in the mid-west implementing and training business solutions to improve operations, accounting and estimating within the construction industry. Michal worked with industry and local leaders at The Ohio State University to develop the Construction Systems Management major. As a former college and age group diving coach, Michal is passionate about making those around him better. As a leader, he always wants his team to be able to make and support their own decisions.
