In 2013, He founded a tech start-up Clobas Private Ltd, which focuses on innovative and integrated digital solutions for educational institutions across the globe as well as e-Governance Solution for education ministries.He is specialized in software product engineering, large scale application deployment and delivery with Agile Methodology (Scrum Approach), ISO 9001, CMMI Level 5 practices for many global companies. He possess an in-depth knowledge on Relational Database Management System and Application Hosting Architecture. In the past, Manian has also received many awards and prizes, which include President Award for scout, Gold Medal for academic achievement and Star Performer Award at work. He holds Bachelor’s (Honours) Degree in Computer Science from Staffordshire University, UK and an MBA from Anna University, Chennai, India. He lived in South East Asia for more than a decade and has travelled far and wide. He has spoken in various seminars on emerging software technologies among college students and has been conducting career guidance camp for Indian rural students. Apart from loving Nature, He creates awareness on Agriculture and Natural Medicine wherever he goes.
