Responsible for the overall management and financial reporting of the organisation including all commercial partnerships and events, advocacy and government relations. Engaged by the board in 2008 to provide forensic accounting services to identify and resolve some significant challenges the organisation was experiencing at that time. I was retained as its CFO and made improvements to streamline its operations, increase productivity and financial performance. In 2016 I was appointed leader of the organisation and built strategic commercial partnerships for all of AIR’s projects and events including the annual AIR Awards, Indie-Con Australia conference and AIR’s Women in Music Mentor program.

Elected as first female and first person from the Southern hemisphere to chair the board as part of its annual rotation in Feb 2022. Elected as treasurer in Feb 2023 and continue to serve as member of WIN’s executive committee.
