Being the Lead BA on one and Product manager on the other pivotal project within the organisation, I managed and delivered the work to a high standard whilst also managing teams and plans in a hybrid scrum environment. Working directly with clients, I ensured the requirements were captured and structured in best practices that I helped create and define with the aid of my BA team.

As well as, proactively identifying and exploring opportunities for process and systems improvements I collaborated with stakeholders to capture and shape requirements for upcoming projects. Using a series of tools, I effectively documented and analysed current processes, root causes, desired outcomes, and the cost-benefit to the business to assist in roadmap prioritisation.

I used multiple data sources to analyse, identify and prioritise areas of improvement within the business. Working with stakeholders and end users I documented the proposed project before then managing the delivery and implementation of the improvements. Additional reporting was then often setup to ensure continual improvements were made and the success criteria was reached.

I managed the backlog for a class-leading graphical application. I would be required to identify and govern any operational limitations, industry trends and customer requirements to ensure the roadmap delivered value to customers and business. Additionally, I participated in delivering client training and sale pitches, as well as managing the 24/7 Support team.

During my role I had all the roles as my previous sales job, assisting customers and admin roles but also I was in charge of the performance and development of 6 staff. This involved regular one to one meetings and evaluations as well as on the shop management. I was also involved in the opening and closing of the store, as well as banking duties. During my time I was recommended for a position in the 'Maplin Academy' training program but had to decline due to finding a job in the field I wanted to pursue.

I assist customers with my knowledge of electronics to ensure that they know what they require and where to get it from. I also complete administration tasks to maintain the store progressing efficiently resulting in the completion of targets set by the regional manager.
