The decision making timeframes reduced from an average of 4 weeks to 2 • Researched and simplified the lease negotiation process with Agents & Developers to improve the time efficiencies across the board. Average time of negotiation reduced by 50%• Completed the sale of 2 Franchised businesses and succeeded in a smooth transition for each party. This was successfully achieved through shrewd negotiation and exceeded the previous 3 year result of zero sales
