Responsibilities:Identify new site opportunities Manage the entire leasing portfolio across the Qld & WA networkSupport the retail strategy for all new sites and refits/relocationsAchievements:• Identified and expanded the network of stores throughout the state. It involved seeking locations not historically viewed as possible sites previously. New sites doubled in a 3 year period across WA• Designed and developed an integrated new store Business Case to be utilised across the group. The Template was an improved format ready for Board discussion. Approvals increased year-on-year from 2-10• Organised and improved the communication process with internal stakeholders ensuring outcome driven meetings throughout the Network Development team. The decision making timeframes reduced from an average of 4 weeks to 2 • Researched and simplified the lease negotiation process with Agents & Developers to improve the time efficiencies across the board. Average time of negotiation reduced by 50%• Completed the sale of 2 Franchised businesses and succeeded in a smooth transition for each party. This was successfully achieved through shrewd negotiation and exceeded the previous 3 year result of zero sales
