Leading a dynamic 24/7 team of TOC Operators, I provide leadership and guidance to ensure seamless center responses. Collaborating closely with WSDOT, SDOT's events and construction coordinator, and various agencies, I contribute to planning weekly Digital Message Sign (DMS) messages and monitoring special events and construction traffic control plans.My responsibilities extend to coordinating incident management efforts with key stakeholders such as SPD, SFD, WSDOT, Metro, and other pivotal entities in the Seattle region. Managing traffic management asset data in the Hansen database, I ensure the data quality of SDOT's Traveler’s Map by updating CCTV and Travel Time entries in GIS.A significant achievement involves leading the TOC through a successful transition from Acyclica (leveraging small sensor data) to Iteris Clearguide (utilizing mobile apps and connected vehicle data), boosting travel time data collection.As a Virtual Coordination Center (VCC) site admin and certified SDOT trainer, I am dedicated to continuous improvement. This includes developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee the seamless operation of the TOC around the clock.

My role involved executing all traffic and safety-related operations and accurately maintaining records within the Traffic Operations Center. I managed real-time conditions and active incidents via CCTV cameras using Cameleon software.My responsibilities extended to monitoring a diverse range of information sources, promptly detecting and confirming incidents impacting traffic operations. This included filtering the Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) incident feed from Seattle Police (SPD) and Seattle Fire (SFD), as well as monitoring SPD and SDOT’s Maintenance & Operations Charles St Dispatch two-way radio communications.I played a key role in updating the Traffic Incident Management database, ensuring data accuracy. The reports I generated were instrumental for upper management in evaluating traffic operations and incident occurrences. I actively contributed to incident reporting across various media outlets and played a pivotal role in preparing special daily reports during significant events such as the Seattle Squeeze and West Seattle Bridge closures.

Built a SIMIO model that optimizes deployment logic which helps store managers effectively allocate a fixed number of employees at various workstations at a time. Results showed customer time in system was reduced by 26% which helps in increasing store capacity at a given time. As a result of my team's work, we were awarded the 1st place at the ISE Poster Competition.

Gathered feedback and suggestion from 42 different recruiting agencies worldwide and 80 other departments and subcontractors in order to launch an online portal for recruitment. Standardize procedures and trained representatives from different agencies & departments. Improved work quality by increasing the accuracy of real time data. Studied, analyzed, and evaluated the data and information entered in the Recruitment Management System (RMS) and its electronic structural procedures to develop continuous improvement to the work quality.

Produced TV reports and made exclusive interviews with athletes, coaches, analysts, and others related in the sports industry for a daily sport show. Most of my reports are still on YouTube with high viewing numbers.
