Play Role:-•Driving the project after the Design Approval Process (DAP) & Kick off meeting till the project commissioning sign.•Preparation & execution with team members of project timeline and the managing manpower in-house assembly and for on-site installation. Also, controlling the cost of the project so that it should completed under budget.•Arranging & taking follow up standard materials and bought out parts as per DAP from store department and purchase department.•Coordinates with vendor department for manufacturing materials (from vendors) and also with fabrication house for in-house materials. Inspect in-line assemblies each mechanism and sub mechanism as per attachments.•Taking required action on materials which are subject to mechanical operation at in-house tool room section and highlights this quality issues to the quality department to take the desired action on it.•Giving daily report to team and weekly report to the customer through mail.•Conducting the process of Customer part fitments and taking a trial (cell/s.p.m./gauges). Taking MOM from customer end and resolve touch points.•Execution the project dispatch process within time plan and arranging required hardware, tools, auxiliary equipments and spare materials for on-site installation.•Mapping the site-place and locating all machine or cell or line within the space as per designed. Undertaking testing/inspection of jigs & fixtures, identifying defects & making relevant modifications.•After installation, proofing the final trials with poke-yoke and qualifying 100% through gauges with developing machines (if) and also taking the c.m.m. report of final model parts.•By handover all machine data reports, quality c.m.m. reports to the customer and taking final sign off on a commitment letter as completing of all on-site activity.Project Consummates (recently) •MM SKH Ranjangoan, Pune (Euro 6D Muffler change over robotic line).•HMCL (Niloy) Jessore, Bangladesh (Hero Frame Body cells).
