Implemented Highlander Nation online community and mentorship platform. Designed and implemented “Highlander Monthly” e-newsletter, including targeted content per audience demographic. Sent out electronically to over 50,000 alumni. Primary liaison for alumni engagement to all university leadership groups and departments. I regularly reported on alumni engagement activities and metrics to the Board of Trustees, Overseers, college Boards of Visitors, as well as NJIT’s President, Provost, and college deans. Led the University’s overall alumni engagement strategy. Oversaw and managed the Alumni Board committees and subcommittees. Developed and executed corporate engagement strategy. I have grown NJIT’s corporate alumni programs at companies including Prudential, Mott MacDonald, AECOM, Stryker, Microsoft, Turner Construction, UPS, PSEG and ExxonMobil. Oversaw a staff of four. Significant accomplishments: o Established a alumni engagement score. o Grew regional chapters from 4 to 12. o Grew corporate clubs from 3 to 12. o Personally identified and cultivated relationships with more than a dozen new seven-figure prospects, resulting in at least $150,000 in new gifts and more than $5 million in solicitations. o Established a student / alumni engagement and traditions programs.
