Seamlessly transitioned webhook configurations and implemented feature flags to ensure a smooth switchover, maintaining uninterrupted service and allowing for controlled rollouts- Enhanced the reliability of our system through the creation of monitors on metrics that track and raise alerts on servers, consumers, and cron jobs - streamlining alerting and improving debugging processes through traces.

Special Projects - Banking-as-a-Service- Planned and executed tasks related to onboard new Customer Bank Accounts in the Philippines.- Consulted with key stakeholders at our Indonesian banking partner during the refactoring of QR payment processing logic. This collaboration resulted in the development of abstractions to support additional QR standards, aligning with both partner requirements and broader business objectives.Platform Teams - API - Designed, developed, and deployed a new digital signatures microservice to handle both signature generation and verification of API and webhook payloads, integrating with our central API Gateways.- Handled database migrations for updating our authentication schema, worked cross-functionally across our database and product teams to lead the rollout of new features along with the migration.- Authored several internal technical specification on a variety of topics, such as our Digital Signature service, our database authentication schema update and in creating new APIs to handle regulatory compliance standards.- Deployed and migrated services to handle traffic in other cloud service regions in order to reduce latency and improve inter-service performance.
