As a contact for end users of grant software, I served as a coach for input and as a technical assistance guide. My role included teaching at information sessions for grant/scholarship seekers and relationship building with community donors who provided funding for those seeking grants/scholarships.

Columbia, Sc

For MEBA, I served in program rescue, managed a new leadership program, managed cradle to career program for Columbia and served a Board of Directors numbering 29 which included superintendents, local government leaders, and collegiate presidents. Our team served schools in three counties along with hundreds of Columbia business partners. I produced two new working committees to engage leaders who identified market changes, feedback on MEBA's success, and strategies to further influence the community to use MEBA as a connector for K-12 workforce pipeline. I managed all communication collateral (newsletters, web updates and social media visuals) along with enthusiasm to evolve the value proposition for meeting the changing needs of the workforce. I supported the MEBA team by coaching event planning.

I serve organizations with imaginative and constructive attention to meet goals for community programs by identifying key influencers and delivering best practice processes. I was one of 5 nominees for Executive Fundraiser of the year for 2015 and for 2016 in the Columbia market for having raised 28M over an eight year span. My duties included budget management, public relations, presentations, and teaching volunteer training sessions. I played an inspirational role as part of a team in complex interdepartmental planning to raise awareness and program funding for health and human services.
