- Advisor to the Head of Department at BTECH (app. 1.200 students, 90 full-time staff and 25 part-time).- Part of Department of BTECH's Management Team consisting of Head of Department, Head of Education, Head of BTECH’s 2 Research Sections, Head of Studies and Head of Secretariat.- Daily management of Secretariat consisting of 12 people supporting Research, Talent Development, Knowledge Exchange and Education/Teaching, Marketing and company collabortion at BTECH.- Coordination internally at Aarhus University and contact to strategic, external stakeholders.- Responsible for coordinating outreach relationship initiatives.

In charge of the daliy communication activities at AU Herning's communication team consisting of 4 full-time employees and 6 student counsellors. The team was part of the Communication Department at Business and Social Sciences (one of Aarhus University's four main academic areas).

The AU Herning External Council consists of mayors and prominent business people from Central and Western Jutland. The purpose of the external council is to strengthen AU Herning’s collaboration with both public institutions and private companies in the local area. Chairman of the council is Helge Sander, former Danish Minister for Science, Technology and Innovation.

2012: Taught courses in press relations to members of Junior Chamber Denmark.2011: Board member and in charge of the Meeting Comittee. 2011: Member of JCI Denmark's national Local Leaders Training-group, that planned and held 8 training days for Local Presidents ind JCI Denmarks app. 60 local chapters.2010: Local President at JCI Herning.2010: Member og JCI Denmarks national IND(ividual)-group, that planned, marketed and held training days for all app. 900 members of JCI Denmark.2009: In charge of event committee at JCI Herning.Further more I have participated in many JCI Denmark congresses, leader training courses and other courses (personal development, dtp, management, leadership, board work, etc.)

Part of the five people coordination group for AU TVÆRS - a network for all heads of secretariats at departments and larger centres at Aarhus University. AU TVÆRS organises events, meetings and talks for administrative managers

- Responsible for the Communication Department's strategy, action plans, budget and goal attainment- Responsible for a staff of 3 full-time employees, 6 student counselors and ad hoc project staff and interns- Responsible for Danish and international marketing campaigns, public relations, participation in Danish and international fairs, development and maintenance of Danish and English websites,internal and external newsletters, events, visits and more.- Responsible for strategic relationships with public institutions and private companies and attaining sponsorships.- Taught internet culture and web communication for undergraduate students.

- Responsible for communication and marketing strategies and plans, web strategy, communication concepts, campaigns, etc.- Wrote articles, direct mails, newsletters etc. for print and digital distribution.- Production of print and digital brochures and publications (either alone or together with agencies).- Responsible for AU-IBT's website and the change to CMS based website, construction of CMS architecture and ongoing development of the website and subsites.- Responsible for most of the press contact and in charge of internal training for the Content Management System.- Participated in educational fairs around Denmark.- Taught communications and cultural theory, rhetoric and web communications in Danish as well as English for bachelor students.

Board closed down in May 2011 af part of the organisational restructuring of Aarhus University.
