With over 10 years of experience in FDA regulated food CPG, I am a corporate manager of supplier quality at B&G Foods Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality, branded shelf-stable and frozen foods. My mission is to ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance across our diverse portfolio of products and suppliers.I have a strong background in managing the overall food manufacturing process and facilitating multiplant audits, thanks to my MS in Industrial Technology and my certifications in PCQI, BPCS, FSVP, SPC and HACCP. I am also well-versed in current GFSI standards, FSMA, and food packaging regulations, which I apply to my work on successful line startups, product launches of national food brands, and continuous improvement projects.
