Oracle Chile 2010 – 2017Technical analyst 1Responsible of providing phone and online assistance to customers mainly located in Europe, North America and Japac region through the emission of Service Requests(SRs) both,technical (directed to support engineers) and non technical (assistance with the customers portal called My Oracle Support-MOS-among other things) when customers reported problems with Oracle products (SW and HW).I Instructed customers on how to use the portal (MOS) thus reducing the volumen of calls and promoting the use of this portal consisdered key objectives within the line of business.I analyzed available information on Oracle´s database as well the information provided by customers,in order to validate their support contracts, reducing errors on these contracts and preventing potential complaints from customers in the future.I optimized the deployment of new processes within the area of work through training of my coworkers.These trainings made posible the standarization and alignment of such processes among employees, enabling employees incorporate them in their daily work

In house and in Office English teacherResponsible of teaching English to students and working people in order to improve their level of proficiency in the language.I evaluated potential new students in order to determine their English proficiency and registered them in the appropriate level based on the Institute methodology.Through this work, I incremented the number of contracts won by the Institute.I coordinated onsite visists to different companies together with a sales representative in order to assist them explaining how the Institute worked and the nature of courses offered.I developed different traianings for new teachers so they could get familiar with the right methodology to use.I trained members of staff to level their knowledge of the English language.
