Healthcare analytics leader driven by a deep commitment to excellence and a passion for improving the industry. I have had the pleasure of working in many areas of Healthcare IT over the past 12 plus years. However, my core competencies lay in data management, analytics/business intelligence, population health, and project management. I am well versed in the Epic EMR product, but experience in healthcare analytics is broader than any one system.Today you can find me engaged in projects that are defining the overall strategy and execution for data governance and clinical analytics. I enjoy new & consistent challenges, being part of the bigger picture, putting the focus on my team, and making all of it come together to meet the needs of our various business partners. One of my pet projects is Social Determinants of Health (SDoH). Specifically, how to define and operationalize a solution that will address SDoH with the help of analytics.Healthcare's data is highly complex relative to other industries. This has created lot of opportunity for innovation. Applying data and analytics best practices to healthcare in a way that works for each organization is paramount to reducing costs and improving clinical outcomes. I really enjoy helping the healthcare industry transform and relish knowing that I am a (small) part of potentially of making a patient or members life better every day.
