As a Fall 2022 graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems at California State University, Los Angeles, I am currently looking for new opportunities to work in data analytics. The projects I completed for my courses at Cal State LA taught me many valuable data analytics skills. I extracted and cleaned open datasets in Excel and utilized pivot tables to perform an initial data analysis. The cleaned dataset was then imported to Tableau for further analysis and to create more detailed visualizations in a basic dashboard that help us view trends in our data more easily. I also learned to utilize SQL queries to extract desired data from a large public database with over 200 unique datasets provided by BigQuery.
