Responsible for growing video department from one-man operation to team of video producers and videographers, creating world-class creative assets. Implement and maintain Digital Asset Management system. Provide aesthetic and technical guidance, support and oversight to creative team members. Development of visual brand identity standards and guidelines, including building systems, processes and relationships to help maintain consistency and elevate the brand. Communicate across all management levels, from senior leadership and supervisors, to co-workers and clients on a daily basis. Create, develop, produce and direct video & multimedia projects. Manage all video projects from camera to compression. Maintained Digital Asset Management system.
