Currently, I serve as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving at Colgate University while pursuing my MBA at Utica University. Promoted to this position in May 2023, I have taken on the responsibility of handling the strategic fundraising initiatives for Colgate’s graduates of the last decade and managing over 50 gift committee volunteers. In this role, I implemented and now coordinate two “Recent Alumni Philanthropy Councils” comprising alumni cohorts from 2015-2018 and 2020-2023. These groups fundraise acrossseveral class years using email, text, and social media campaigns that I create and track. Additionally, I collaborate with 5th and 10th reunion fundraising committees to develop tailored initiatives to increase their class giving rates, fostering positive relationships with university representatives and providing them with information to encourage peer donations. My responsibilities also include managing the strategic use and execution of digital platforms and marketing within the Annual Giving team, serving as a backup within the Advancement Division. My experience extends to collaborating with reunion fundraising committees, optimizing digital marketing strategies for the entire Advancement division, and organizing events that engage and educate the community. I have successfully managed and implemented multiple programs concurrently, consistently identifying areas for improvement and driving enhancements to maximize impact.

I oversee two student committees focused on educating thestudent body about philanthropy: the Student Philanthropy Committee, which educates first-years, sophomores, and juniors on the importance of the Colgate Fund, and the Senior Class Giving Committee, which I have successfully doubled in participation rate. I coordinate and plan all events and programming for these student committees, strategically organizing their marketing efforts,tracking statistics, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, I manage our office’s student workers, including approving timecards, scheduling shifts, and monitoring work quality.

I providide front-line support by responding effectively to client needs and questions, through email, phone, and chat support lines. I am also responsible for maintaining, updating and performing research for GiveGab's support center containing over 100 articles. I also assist in the support of the Project Management team on several Giving Day projects per season. And I Collaborate with both the Customer Success team and greater GiveGab team to effectively reach KPIs.

I perform outbound fundraising and marketing calls, manage individual portfolio of each lead, maintain knowledge of Signature's productions and programming, including education and development work and stay up-to-date with donor activity through Signature's donor database.

Director of The Creative Team for HiFashion Studios which is a premier runway and fashion club on campus. Personal duties include planning the runway show, collaborating on the theme for the semester, executing photo shoots with 60+ models, and holding and organizing model auditions. Along with promoting the event and leading the Creative Team of eight students. For most recent show: organized and managed 48 models for 4 different walks for an hour and a half long show that had over 300 attendees.
