Sales: Direct sale of courses and exams. Qualification and development of direct and indirect sales opportunities. Planning, organization and management of internal and Partners' sales goals.Business Development Assistant: Development and follow-up of the calendar of courses and exams together with sales partners and authorized instructors, including training. Lead/Pipeline control (current and potential customers vs. sales representatives). Collaboration in the execution of campaigns to generate new sales perspectives. Collaboration with the internal Marketing and Commercial teams and partners to design specific efforts for each region to increase sales. Help in the identification, evaluation and prioritization of potential partners, in line with the priorities of the company. Collaboration with marketing to promote new products. Control of all phases of the processes, from the negotiation of new alliances to execution, involving partners and sales teams, as well as internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Marketing and Management). Management of Partners in furtherance of the sales goals of the company.Events: Organization, planning and execution of small and large events, both national and international (for Latin America). Planning, organization and participation as a sponsor in national and international events.
