Conference gathers more than 1000 stakeholders (students, politicians, economists, entrepreneurs, corporate sector and NGOs representatives) to discuss youth problems. With delegates from more than 126 countries and territories, this is a true global conference. As the selected President for this large scale event, I was in charge of heading a diverse team of individuals handling various aspects of Business Development, HR, Logistics, Finance, Event Management and Marketing:- Planning, coordinating and tracking all the work to execute 10days conference for 1000 people from 120 countries in August 2016 in Warsaw;- Building and leading diverse international team, of 60 with 6 polish core team members; - Supervising all subcontractors and vendors such us: technical company, main venue, administrators of National Theater and National Museum etc.; - Fundraising for the event - managed to get more than 30 financial partners e.g. Allegro, Wedel, LOT, PGNiG, Coca-Cola, P&G, Bain&Company or CISCO (fundraising consisted 40% of overall budget).
