Managed the look and continuity of the Eddie Bauer brand throughout all licensed product from Ford vehicles and furniture to wallpaper and baby carriages. Actively sought and presented new license opportunities and developed ideas from inception through production and assured brand integrity. Developed and maintained relationships with licensees, developed and executed cross promotions in retail outlets and hundreds of Ford dealerships nationwide. Traveled to trade shows, licensee locations and suppliers for development and production approvals.Prior to licensing, I was and Associate Sourcing Manager for Mens Wovens and Mens Outerwear. Sourced and developed all mens woven and outerwear products. Worked closely with design, QA, planning and advertising departments to deliver product on time, within margin and meeting all standards. Prepared sourcing manager for overseas trips including costing items, obtaining quantity forecasts, organizing trip book with PDM/spec packets, fabric swatches, cads and paintings, and factory placement matrix by item.

Designed, sourced and marketed IndyCar and Sportscar related merchandise for retail and web sales, promotional and sponsor gifts. Provided direction and feedback to outside design service in order to maintain integrity of the team brand and use of logo, including authorized use of Ferrari logos, colors and brands. Sourced and purchased all related third party products, managed inventories and maintained relationships with all retail and catalog clients. Responsible for maintaining sponsor relations through reports, special events and the integration of sponsor products into race programs and activities. Public relations and event planning for IndyCar and Sportscar races including dinners, golf tournaments, entertainment and consumer contests and promotions. Race weekend support included uniform distribution and maintenance, sponsor and team logo continuity, media and public relations, event execution, client and sponsor relations. As part of a core team of three to five at any given time, our group was responsible for multiple teams racing in multiple series ten months out of the year with limited human resources and support.

Purchased Men’s active wear, swimwear, walk shorts and sweaters for 36 Bon Marche stores throughout the Pacific Northwest. Managed all aspects of a 13.5 million dollar business ranging from forecasting, planning, buying, assorting, distribution, advertising and EDI replenishment to working with store personnel in merchandising, training and visual standards. Developed and executed quick turn, hot market opportunities related to the licensed active wear business including all marketing and event support. Successfully drove sales by aggressively pursuing top vendors, coop and advertising dollars and special purchases while maximizing revenue and margins.
