Former Business Owner for over 28 years. Life-long resident of Lee's Summit, Missouri. Teacher and Choreographer in all types of dance, musical theatre, cheer, and tumbling. Recipient of the 2011 Res in Motus Small Business of the Year, and The 20111 Volunteer of the Year by the LS Chamber of Commerce. Honored in 2009 and 2010 as one of the Top 10 Studios in the country by the Federation of Dance Competitions...ranked at 8th in the country in 2010. Inducted into the Lee's Summit High School Hall of Fame in 2013. Proud to have many students working professionally on Broadway, in touring companies, in movies and commercials, on NFL and College dance teams, and on cruise ships. Former professional singer and dancer. Works as an ambassador at The Dance Teacher Summit. Involved in the Lee's Summit Chamber of Commerce by serving on the Education Committee, and a member of LS Cares - Community of Character. Awarded the "Whatever it takes" Award by LS Cares. Proud to be serving on the Lee's Summit R-7 Board of Education, and is a member of the Citizen's Advisory Committee and The Business Roundtable. Also serves on the LS Chamber of Commerce Education and Tourism Committees.
