Consolidation of 5 SAP instance to a single instance.

1. Sony Picture SAP Project, Team of 10 members involved in support of various SAP process such as RTR (Record to Report), PTP (Procure to Pay), MDMA (Master Data Management) and BW. 2. In-house SAP Implementation and support, Successfully implemented SAP in the current Company and Now in charge of Support of the same (Current Support team size is 5 Members)3. Sony Pictures Customer Sale Japan (SKS), This is non-SAP project, the technology involved are in JAVA, web logic, Oracle etc.,, .Successfully transitioned the project from Japan local Vendor to Sony India and Now continuing as Support Manager for the same (Team size is 6 members)

Project Handled: 1. FJDA(Fujian Daimler) – IPT(International Production Template)/SWT Implementation:This is a project for Implementation of JV (Joint Venture) Template for FJDA. This merged two Daimler Template viz., IPT (International Production Template) and SWT. My role here was in the capacity of FICO Project Lead for SWT to merge the two templates and ensure successful go-live. The system was designed with two separate instance (Production & Sales) interfaced with XI/ALE. The project successfully went live in June 2009 2. DC Japan Central Invoicing: Project involves preparing a summarized invoice of billing for a period at Head Office level with its entire Branch. This enabled the DC Japan in cutting cost by following with only the head office based on the summarized invoice3. IFRS Asset Accounting: The project scope involved transferring existing assets to Head office specified IFRS Asset Class and creating new Deprecation Area to calculate deprecation as per IFRS. In all more than 400,000 existing assets was transferred and new deprecation area. The project went live successfully in Jan 2007.4. Concur Invoice: Development of an upload program for Australia to load business transaction from Concur (Corporate Expense Management Solution)
