I support and encourage people in making health and lifestyle changes while at the same time, educating them about natural health. My clients come to me for education and support while coping with chronic illnesses. I develop an individualized plan of action for each client which takes into account age, nutritional status, activity level, interest, family support, current health level, and spiritual beliefs. Then, I support each client through the process as I teach them how to evaluate the plan's effectiveness and make positive, constructive changes. We work together as the client learns about health, wellness, and the psychology of change. I teach my clients not only what to do, but also why. Clients also learn how to find reliable further information so they can continue to grow and improve once our time together is through.My latest project puts music instruments into the hands of kids who might otherwise not have an opportunity to play in band. I purchase broken instruments and repair them. I sell some of the repaired instruments, and donate others.
