Areas of work Raw/Packing/FG /Engg warehouse and Central Excise.1) CGMP and Monitoring SOPs , Amending SOPS after prior approval of QA Dept, as per practical handling.2) Dispensing activities of Raw/Packing material according to production plan. Monitoring the Storage ofRaw/Packing materials as per conditions. Easy trace of the material stored. Making the team to learn theCGMP practices and SOPS.3) Interact with PPIC according to the production plan.4) FG stores planning according to the logistics and giving valid suggestions to move dispatches fast.Providing the details of product as per SO. Based upon logistics, packing list will be made and follow up withQC & QA dept for COA & COC. Monitoring the loading as per the packing list and conditions laid by QAdept.5) Main job responsibility is in Excise Section. ( Dispatches(as per the benefits ), Input credits, Filling ofReturns, Preparation of documents as per CE audit requirements and facing the Audit. Regular touch with CEauthorities in completion of works of excise. Providing the MIS reports to the concerned depts.Planning,preparing of documents of sealing and taking approvals of CE authorities.Successful ( with a team effort ) in using the ERP details, where ever man power is used for duplication ofwork. Still this duplication is identified ,worked on it and prepared a report with the coordination of variousdepts. which are to be approved by my Seniors.6) Frequently in touch with Purchase/PPIC/Logistic/Accounts/Exim/Exicise and other Depts.7) Engg Stores regular clearance of material receipts. updating the stocks and to maintenance of good rapwith all dept people.8) Completion of assigned works by the seniors in time and explaining the way I had completed to my subPage1ordinates. Sharing the views with my sub ordinates by which me can exchange our thoughts.
