For over a decade, I wrote and edited content to help nearly 2 million Employee Assistance Program (EAP) members at over 700 organizations live and work better. I wrote for clients including the State of California, the U.S. Department of Defense, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Ernst & Young, and more. I developed diverse content for print and online channels, including direct mail, trade publication ads, website copy, blog posts, articles, and newsletters. My responsibilities included serving as the Editor for the following: • MHN member blog: curated, created, and published articles to promote employee wellbeing. Created and distributed monthly member newsletter to nearly 2 million employees at over 700 organizations. Topics included stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationships, communication, and work-life balance.• MHN’s library of client articles: kept content up to date and wrote new content per client request.• MHN’s LinkedIn page: created articles for MHN’s LinkedIn page (also cross-posted on Health Net’s broker blog) related to employee wellbeing and productivity. • MHN’s Intranet page: managed editorial calendar, pitched story ideas, and ensured writers delivered pieces on time for publication weekly. In addition, I earned a Spot Award for my workplace contributions.
