Overall supervision of Financial Administration Department;Preparation of Financial Statements;Preparation of Annual Budget, Variance Analysis and Recommend Action Plan;Review all regulatory report and ensure timely submission to Bangladesh Bank andCorporate Taxation, review Tax/Vat return and ensure compliance with Income Tax Ordinance as amended time to time.

Strategic planning, policy formulation and implementation;Feasibility study for establishment of new branches;Establishment of Branch Accounting System, MIS and training to the executives; Overall monitoring of Branch operation, regulatory and internal reporting;Compilation of Branch Data and Reporting to the Senior Management;Branch-wise budget allocation and periodical review of achievement;Process different requirement of banches through proper channel ensure timely execution;

Planning, organizing and coordinating to establish a sound internal control within the organization;Lead a team of professionals, planning of audit program and allocation of duties among the team members;Review the audit findings, finalize the audit report and submit to the Board Audit committee;Constant monitoring and follow up to ensure the compliance of both internal/external audit observation;Periodical review of the Loan/Lease documentation and deposit account opening form;Examine the authenticity and verification of all financial transactions and related reports;Review of compliance with laws, regulations and other external requirements and with management policies and directives and other internal requirements;Review the economy and efficiency of operation, identification of weaknesses and make suggestions for development.

Recording of financial transactions, preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliation, regulatory reporting, MIS etc.

Conduct statutory and special audit and supervise the audit team accordingly; Evaluation of book keeping system, internal control establishment of different organization and suggestion for improvement;
