I am currently working on developing test programs for Mixed-signal ASICs on the Teradyne Eagle Tester platform. My area of expertise lies in automotive devices, and I have worked on both Probe and Final test solutions. I possess the skills required to develop test methods using VBA, C, and C++ languages. Additionally, I can understand test codes in Perl and Pascal languages. I have a good understanding of how to debug parametric and functional tests. I have provided the required support to the Board Design team and possess a strong knowledge of communication protocols and memory blocks, including One-Time Programmable (OTP) memory. I am highly proficient in using the TI-Data Analysis Tool and can generate customized reports that cater to the specific requirements of our customers.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Conduct a feasibility study to understand device functionality.2. Create a test plan.3. Design hardware, including schematic, placement, routing, and Gerber, for single and multi-site validation for both FT and probe solutions.4. Develop a test program from scratch that is compatible with ETS800, replacing the legacy tester.5. Convert patterns and debug the test program for probe and final test across temperatures.6. Perform data analysis activities as per customer requirements, including CPK, CGM, GRR, and Spike plots reports, and so on.7. Successfully release the test solutions in EWS and FT to production.8. Handle modification requests, test time reductions, and production and yield improvement activities.9. Audit the test program internally and externally with the customer for both probe and final test solutions.
