In 2006, I approached a successful European coupling company in Belgium with a proposal to start low-cost manufacturing and sales activities in India. The company & business setup activities were started in 2007. Under my management with team of unassuming colleagues, company has grown to achieve an annual sales turnover of INR 622 million in 16 years. Working with equal opportunity, employee count reached to 100 including contract in financial year 2022-23. The company was started in a small, rented space of 2500 square feet in 2007. Subsequently, it acquired 1.5 acres of land in 2017 and built a new facility on a 1-acre plot. The remaining 1/2-acre land was recently utilized for factory expansion in 2023. The current factory is in the prime location of the KIADB Industrial Area, adjacent to Bangalore International Airport.
