Director of Solutions of a development team of 12 Solutions Architects with a personal experience of over 11 years of web application design and development experience in the commercial and non-profit industry with an in-depth understanding of web technologies and a focus on delivering innovative business solutions.- Manage a Software Development Team of 12 individuals with over 18 active projects at any given time- Maintain department standards with development of custom solutions including maintaining shared libraries, SDLC requirements and programming standards- Increased the profitability of the department while reducing the development time of projects- Promote employee development with regular department training and code review sessions- Promote employee morale by implementing department standards, employee review sessions, 360 reviews and regular employee events to promote teamwork and cohesion- Manage the SDLC of new web application products to be delivered as COTS solutions including Orbit, AgilePV, and Physical Records Management

Primary Job Responsibilities:The primary focus of this position is to work closely with Feith Systems & Software’s (FSS) account management teams and project managers to provide technical solutions for client and prospect needs while maintaining the technical integrity of the FSS platform. The Solutions Architect will directly participate in client and prospect meetings. The Solutions Architect will be expected to interactively develop technical strategies that meet client needs and are consistent with FSS platform standards. The Solutions Architect will be involved in the ideation, solution development, estimation, planning, analysis, design and implementation of the various projects that result from these client interactions. Technical Responsibilities: • Produce system solutions and architectural designs to meet identified business requirement• Solutions must incorporate scalability, availability, security, extensibility, and maintainability characteristics. Risks, assumptions, and costs for solutions must be articulated• Review and approve detailed technical designs produced by technical leads on projects• Support client and prospect meetings• Present current baseline technical capabilities of Feith Systems & Software platform to clients, and actively participate in defining technical approaches to solving client’s business needs• Mentor clients and fellow Solutions Architects on adherence to design and architecture guidelines• Work closely with technical project teams to ensure high quality technology implementations are done in accordance with design and defined technical standards• Actively participate in the design, architecture and implementation of pilots of new software applications and infrastructure
