 Expediting of vendor documents at all levels (DCC, AEI disciplines, PRE, DSME, and Statoil). Ensuring all vendor documents are processed on time according to schedule Troubleshooting problems in documents issuance/receipts Expedite Supplier On time Delivery Performance (in full) by prioritizing outstanding supplier documents as per agreed Supplier document requirement list Expedite the submittal of pre-delivery Supplier documentation as per agreed supplier info requirement list To monitor through tracking register all incoming/outgoing/internal circulations/comments for vendor documents based on Pro Arc status and expedite at all levels (DCC, AEI Disciplines, Vendors, Contractor and Company) Expedite missing or incorrect vendor documentation with Vendors. Ensure smooth communication and good relationship between the Company, Contractor and Vendors Liaise with AEI DCC and ensure documents distribution is carried out on time to different disciplines within AEI. Liaise closely with PRE to identify expediting scope Prepare weekly reports regarding Vendor data progress Arrange Meetings and attend all Meetings regarding Vendor document expediting with Company (Statoil)/Contractor (DSME) and Vendors, to discuss on Vendor data status and highlight problems, progress and prepare Minutes of Meeting. Liaise closely with Expeditors in Europe to highlight problems and delays on Vendor or pre side and to act as focal point for expediting outstanding Supplier Documentation/ vendor info and ensuring it is correctly loaded to the FTP System after visiting Vendor Shop. Conduct monthly analysis on supplier documentation performance and in conjunction with the Contractor to initiate supplier improvement plans on poorly performing suppliers Establish weekly meetings with the Document Control Centre, to ensure workloads are aligned and prioritized appropriately Use own initiative to resource and close documentation issues at source
