With expertise in sustainability, ESG, organisational buy-in, and risk, she drives outcomes which align purpose with profit, and delivers trusting, fruitful stakeholder relationships.Sarah's core capability is in navigating and solving problems in complex contexts - identifying material issues, designing pragmatic commercial responses, and influencing through engaging storytelling.Sarah has a wealth of experience across multiple sectors and industries, enabling her to see the system in which companies operate, successfully forecast risks, design strategies that attract preferential stakeholders, and foster authentic and purposeful cultures, which support talent retention.She has held executive roles in the large corporate, government, and charitable sectors, in industries including property and city shaping, transport, oil and gas, energy, and carbon sequestration.
