As a member of the Airlock team, my main job entails evaluating research outputs from a data protection risk perspective. I review the import/export of material (e.g. genetic data, statistical results, software and tools) from the secured Research Environment in line with the Airlock policy. I work with relevant teams across the company to support in.

My role is split across two different teams: CRI and Airlock. Within CRI, my daily tasks include the management of the Diagnostic Discovery (DD) and Clinical Collaboration (CC) workflows. Thesis title: Genetics of Childhood Onset PsychosisIn my PhD I assessed the utility of diagnostic exome sequencing in psychiatry through recruiting families with the most genetic forms of psychiatric illnessess and examining how frequently we can identify a simple genetic cause for their complex presentations.
